Job Description

• Oversee all core accounting processes (O2C / P2P / R2R).
• Manage external accounting service providers (Germany and US); prospectively insource accounting function.
• Timely and accurate preparation of statutory and consolidated financial statements.
• Cash management, banking and FX handling.
• Ensure tax compliance including transfer pricing policies and documentation.
• Primary point of contact for auditors.
• Closely co-operate with the FP&A team to support data driven decision making and generate actionable insights for the executive team.
• Continuous review and enhancement of the finance tech stack.
• Support the CFO on strategic finance projects

Your profile for an ideal start

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience (sometime within the audit function of a Big 4 would be a plus).
• In depth understanding of the finance processes relevant for a software scaleup operating in an international environment.
• General tech savviness and passion for tool-based automation (deep Excel skills still mandatory, though).
